Daniel is a licensed professional counselor with more than 18 years experience working with adoptive children and families as a former director of an adoption agency .  


He has also worked with individuals who have been through trauma and abuse and are experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as those who struggle with substance abuse concerns. These concerns affect their well-being and cause relationship issues.  


Born in Romania; Daniel has a strong understanding of cultural differences and how these differences can affect one's well-being and ability to integrate into our society.


Daniel holds a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and is also certified to work with addiction related issures. His main therapy models, for which he has received formal training, are Life Span Integration, EMDR, and Dilectical Behavioral Therapy.  He has also received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Daniel is a member of the American Counseling Association.  He also holds a National Certified Counselor certificate.
